Jodi Magnotti, MSN, NP-C

 

is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Memphis Internal
Medicine and Pediatrics. Growing up in New Jersey she can distinctly remember, at 7 years-old,
watching a telethon for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and knowing in that moment she
wanted to be a nurse. Jodi attended Ramapo College of New Jersey for her undergraduate degree
in Nursing. She moved to Tennessee with her family in 2005 where she was a working mother of
two, eventually returning to Middle Tennessee State University for her master’s degree in nursing.

Working closely with Dr. Stiles, as a nurse practitioner Jodi provides general and preventive care
to patients of all ages. This includes general medical exams, the management of chronic diseases,
treatment of acute illnesses, case management, counseling, medication prescription, and
education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle habits.

Throughout her more than twenty-five years as a nurse she has specialized in trauma/critical
care, cardiac, emergency care, neurosurgery, and school nursing. She loves nursing for its
diversity and the personal connections she gains with her patients and their families. In her spare
time, you might find Jodi running the trails at Shelby Farms, volunteering at local racing events,
or spending time with her family. Jodi looks forward to working together to create strategies to
improve, manage, and optimize your physical and mental health.
