Rela A. Neely, APRN, FNP-BC
Rela earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Memphis in 2006. She holds a national certification in Family Practice through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Prior to graduate school, she held numerous nursing positions including Home Health, Dialysis, and Medical-Surgical Nursing. She is an active member of Tennessee Nursing Association, Greater Area Memphis of Advance Practice Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
Rela joined Memphis Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in July 2007. She is recently married and has one son, Robin. She and her family enjoy traveling, bowling, and especially family board game night.
